Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end QA and testing function for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and upgrade initiatives
• Define, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts across Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Cutover testing
• Work closely with Finance Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Technical teams to ensure full business process and integration coverage
• Establish and manage test data, defect lifecycle management, traceability matrices, and reporting using tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, Jira, or HP ALM
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks, providing regular status reporting and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Coordinate test environment readiness and dependencies with BASIS and IT Operations teams
• Support and enable automation of high-value finance test scenarios where appropriate
• Conduct go-live readiness assessments and provide formal QA sign-off
• Support cutover activities and post-go-live validation to ensure solution stability
