Responsibilities
• Install, configure, maintain and support Tungsten TotalAgility environments across Development, Test, Pre-Production and Production.
• Manage multi-tenant environments, upgrades, patches and platform lifecycle activities.
• Implement data retention and archiving strategies.
• Maintain platform architecture in line with enterprise standards.
• Ensure platform availability, disaster recovery readiness and failover capability.
• Infrastructure & Systems
• Administer and support Windows Server environments.
• Manage enterprise servers, virtual environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor capacity, scalability and system performance.
• Database Administration
• Develop, maintain and optimise SQL Server queries.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimisation.
• Implement and maintain security controls, authentication and access management.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support security compliance initiatives.-
• Configure TotalAgility modules including Capture, Transformation and Core Worker Services.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, integrations and platform extensions where required.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
