• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET and related Microsoft technologies.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Build reusable, maintainable and high-performance software components and services.
• Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices and system integrations.
• Manage database development, design, optimisation and performance using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Develop, deploy and support cloud-based applications hosted on AWS and/or Azure.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and DevOps practices.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability, security and scalability.
• Participate in architectural reviews, technical planning and solution design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and other developers to deliver effective digital solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards and encourage best practices in software development.

• Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in software development, with strong expertise in C# and the .NET technology stack.
• Proven experience developing applications using .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and Entity Framework.
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices and scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design and optimisation.
• Experience working with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with Docker and containerisation; Kubernetes experience would be advantageous.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Previous experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical architecture and solution design will be advantageous.
