Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Guidance and Support
- Offer expertise and support to the product team, assisting with technical challenges and application issues
- Design Solutions and Database Structures
- Create high-level solutions, design efficient database tables and develop software that meets business needs
- Develop and Maintain PL / SQL or SQL Applications
- Design, develop, and maintain robust PL / SQL or SQL scripts and applications to ensure quality software solutions that deliver expected results and value
- Ensure End-to-End SDLC Delivery
- Oversee and manage all phases of the Software
- Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful project completion
- Support Business Users and Teams
- Assist with day-to-day queries from business users and PIT teams, providing first-line support and standby services when needed
- Facilitate Effective Communication
- Maintain regular and professional communication across all levels, from junior staff to senior management
- Prepare Technical Specifications and Programs:
- Develop complex and highly technical specifications and programs independently
- Assist Team with Technical Challenges
- Provide support to the team in resolving application or technical problems as they arise
