Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO, Business Development and Systems team in review of current Sales Order
- Management workflows and processes, and the scoping, design and implementation of a new scalable and more automated solution
- Support the critical need that the high growth business has an efficient way to capture new orders, price them and feed them into the Production systems (e.g. M-files and Click-up)
- The role is integral to a project to re-design the front-end order capture and project pricing
- Map current order workflow process
- Understand current rate card models
- Identify core requirements with stakeholders
- Evaluate interaction with existing system configuration
- Identify different system options and make recommendations
- Help to roll out effectively - deployment and training and reporting
Experience:
- Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Process Engineer in a services-based B2B company
- Solid experience in Sales Order workflow management / Order to Cash cycle
- Ability to map out the “AS IS” process and workflows, identify exceptions and critical requirements and then design an improved “TO BE” process and workflow
- Ability to evaluate different systems to enable a choice of scalable, efficient solutions to align with the systems architecture
- Experience in collaborating with both business and technical teams to define and validate data and workflow requirements
- Ability to test outcomes and improve processes
- Document outcomes for signoff
