Responsibilities:
• Plan and structure the Business Analysis approach and deliverables
• Facilitate stakeholder engagements including workshops and interviews
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements (e.g., BRDs and functional specs)
• Document as-is and to-be processes
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate requirements
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide BA support throughout implementation and delivery phases
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment to business objectives
