Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Honours or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is advantageous
• 3–6 years’ experience in data integration, data engineering, customer insights, consumer research, CX, or analytics-related roles
• Strong experience working with survey and consumer insights datasets and Excel-based external data sources
• Proven experience structuring, mapping, transforming, and integrating data for analytics and reporting purposes
• Experience working with SAS Viya or similar enterprise analytics / BI platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Forms / Customer Voice, and CRM data integration
• Exposure to ETL and data pipeline tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, or Azure Data Factory
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating data
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data lakes, and dimensional modelling (star/snowflake schemas)
• Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Python or R is beneficial
• Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Experience with SFTP hosting and secure data transfers
• Exposure to data governance, data quality, and version control practices is advantageous
• Experience supporting AI or advanced analytics initiatives is beneficial
