- Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst
 - Strong background in Agile and Analysis with demonstrated proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to drive project goals
 - Holders of relevant Business and Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or A Diploma in
 - Business Analysts (FTI) and Agile to ensure alignment with our Agile practices and methodology
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams 
 - Cape Town or Gauteng based (Hybrid model – 3 days in the office) 
 - AML experiences advantageous
