Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the data product backlog in alignment with business goals
- Translate business needs into actionable data solutions, ensuring they drive value in broker engagement and sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics teams to deliver data products on time and within scope
- Leverage predictive modeling to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making processes
- Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports in tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI to provide actionable insights to brokers and sales teams
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and relevance across all platforms
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, brokers, and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives
- Educate and guide stakeholders on the value and use of data-driven solutions to improve decision-making and performance
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data products
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
- Support brokers by delivering solutions that enhance lead management, customer profiling, and operational efficiency
- Drive the adoption of analytics and data tools within the business to support broader strategic goals
