Product Specialist (VENN)

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for bespoke software products (remotely and onsite when required)
• Manage help desk calls – log, update, and drive resolutions within agreed timeframes
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
• Perform ADHOC software testing before updates are released
• Support new product launches, upgrades, and deployments
• Conduct product installations and client training sessions when required
• Maintain accurate help desk administration and documentation daily
Experience
• Matric / Grade 12
• A relevant IT qualification or certification in software/application support
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a product support or help desk environment
• Strong knowledge of web applications, APIs, and troubleshooting web-based systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (occasional travel required)
• Industry experience in the fruit or meat sector is highly beneficial due to system parallels
• Experience with handheld/mobile scanner software (APK installation and hardware understanding) is an advantage
