Project Administrator

Contract - Bellville
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams, including:
 - Minute-taking
 - Diary management
 - Meeting scheduling and preparation
• Support the SGT PMO continuous improvement plan by compiling updates on project reports
• Ensure optimal usage of PPO and other PMO toolsets, including updating issue, risk, and dependency logs
• Engage effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate continuously with SGT Towers and Clients
• Adhere to SGT Service Management procedures, protocols, and agreed Project Management governance
• Support project budget and financial management:
 - Track project budget
 - Produce reports and projections
 - Assist with invoicing and query resolution
• Ensure accurate time management of project resources
• Handle hardware, software, and stationery requests for the project

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education:
 - Grade 12 minimum
 - Relevant accredited courses (relevant diploma an advantage)

• Experience:
 - Minimum 3 years’ experience in formal project administration
 - Experience with IT software development projects is beneficial
