Project Manager

Contract - Woodstock
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain, Distribution Centre, and Warehouse projects from initiation through closure
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans
• Ensure alignment with PMO methodology, governance, and delivery frameworks
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Drive structured decision-making and escalation processes
• Support and present at Steering Committees and governance forums
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports
• Produce executive dashboards and delivery summaries
• Maintain RAID logs, decision registers, and action trackers
• Ensure transparency of delivery status and timely escalation
• Support project assurance, readiness, and compliance reporting
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
• Support business case validation and benefits tracking
• Coordinate project resource planning and allocation
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
• Oversee vendor deliverables and contract obligations
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and delivery forums
• Engage with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders
• Align technology delivery with business priorities
• Support organisational change and adoption activities
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and delivery accountability
• Maintain project records within the PPM tool
• Use collaboration platforms for document control and communication
• Ensure consistent use of PMO templates and delivery standards
• Promote delivery best practices and continuous improvement

Experience:
• 8+ years Project Management experience
• 3+ years managing programmes or multiple interdependent projects
• Proven delivery of Distribution Centre and Warehouse transformation projects (essential)
• Experience delivering Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives
• Retail and/or pharmaceutical sector experience advantageous
• Experience managing third-party vendors and integrators
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification (required)
• Programme Management certification (MSP or equivalent) advantageous
