- Plan and strategise the overall
- Business Analysis approach and deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions including workshops and interviews
 - Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements
 - Produce and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related artefacts
 - Define and document Epics, Features, and User Stories with acceptance criteria
 - Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes
 - Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
 - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure requirement clarity
 - Support solution design discussions and validation
 - Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 - Provide BAU and post-implementation support
 - Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle

 - Certified Business Analyst with 8+ years’ BA experience
 - Proven Retail industry experience
 - Omni-channel / eCommerce project experience
 - Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
 - Experience with SAP eCommerce platforms and modules:
 - SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
 - Experience managing UAT processes
 - Experience supporting BAU environments
 - Recognised Business Analysis certification
 - Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related field (preferred)
