• Lead and manage QA and testing activities for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and upgrade projects
• Develop and execute detailed test strategies, plans, and test scripts (Integration, Functional, Regression, and Cutover testing)
• Collaborate with Finance Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Establish and manage test data, defect tracking, and traceability processes using tools like SAP Solution Manager or Azure DevOps
• Provide QA governance, risk assessments, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Support automation of finance-related test cases where applicable
• Manage and coordinate test environments with BASIS and IT Operations teams
• Provide final QA sign-off prior to go-live, ensuring all risks are identified and mitigated

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• SAP certification in Finance (FI/CO) or S/4HANA Finance

• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to identify defects, assess risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes
