Responsibilities
- Business requirements gathering and documentation
 - Translate business requirements to technical specifications
 - Own changes related to business requests
 - Write detailed user stories and technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria to guide development
 - Prioritize and refining backlog items focusing on technical aspects
 - Align and standardize technical demand
 - Collaborate with Solutions Architects and development teams to design technical solutions that meet the documented  requirements and align with architectural standards
 - Insights into more efficient business processing
 - Enable junior analysts and Business Analysis competency within division
 - Ensure standardized document structures, and central storage for free and easy access and distribution
 - Assist in quality of technology implementations by providing clarification
 - Implement / Test for data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data throughout data pipelines
 - Report on the analysis landscape
 - Own analysis outputs as it relates to specific products
 - Collaborate with cross functional teams including analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
 - Manage up and downward feedback for accurate delivery and reporting
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to nontechnical stakeholders
 - Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends
 - Oversee demo of products to Product Owners Manage business stakeholder communication
 - Change management of new solutions to address business need for value
 - Develop test scenarios and or test packs
 - Manage test outcomes
 - The capability to evaluate information from various sources, challenge assumptions, and consider alternative solutions

 - Ensure that the Sprint backlog reflects the needs and priorities of the business
 - UML, BPMN Concise, clear Technical Document Writing
 - Describe features from the end-user’s perspective and help ensure that the development team understands what needs to be built
 - Understanding the impact of each item on the overall project goals and ensuring that the most valuable work is addressed first
 - Process understanding and Mapping, Dataflows
 - Ensure technical solution aligns with documented requirements

 - Own the quality and central storage of analysis outputs
