- Assist in UAT Team Management
 - Support testers with guidance, training, and performance tracking
 - Support UAT Planning
 - Help define test scope, write test cases, and align with business goals
 - Facilitate Communication
 - Act as a bridge between business users, project managers, and technical teams
 - Oversee Test Execution
 - Monitor progress, track results, and complete test cases efficiently
 - Manage Defects and Risks
 - Log, track, and prioritize issues while assisting in risk mitigation
 - Ensure Quality Assurance
 - Help maintain high testing standards and improve UAT processes
 - Maintain Documentation and Reporting
 - Keep detailed test records, issue logs, and provide regular updates
 - Support Post-UAT Activities
 - Assist with user signoffs and post-go-live support

 - 5+ years in UAT testing or Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
 - Proven track record in managing and executing UAT for large-scale projects
 - Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and best practices
 - Excellent leadership and team management skills
 - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 - Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray)
 - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
 - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
 - ISTQB Certified Tester (or similar QA certification) is a plus
 - Scrum or Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus
